SYLVIA MCNAIR LIVE IN INDIANA
Two-time Grammy Award winner Sylvia McNair will perform with the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir for the 25th Anniversary of the annual Festival of Carols holiday performances in December 2015. Now based in Bloomington, Ind., where she serves on the faculty of the Indiana University School of Music, her alma mater, the beloved soprano has performed everywhere from the Met to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, from the New York Philharmonic to New York cabarets.
Hailed as “a radiant, poised beauty,” McNair has also performed at The Vatican for Pope John Paul II and for the U.S. Supreme Court by special request of Justice Sandra Day O’Connor.
Tickets for the 25th Anniversary celebration of the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir’s annual holiday performances of Festival of Carols are on sale now, following a sell-out run of four shows during the 2014 and 2013 holiday seasons. Four much-anticipated performances welcome the holiday season at the Scottish Rite Cathedral in downtown Indianapolis (Sunday, December 6 at 7 p.m.) and the Palladium at the Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel (Friday, December 18 at 8 p.m., Saturday, Dec 19 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, December 20 at 3 p.m.).

BILLY SHERWOOD’S NEW MUSIC VIDEO “NO MAN’S LAND” ON OCTOBER 6
In “No Man’s Land,” the Runner sees his buddies die, and, as the video progresses, seems to be walking more and more in a daze. Billy says, “You get the idea that he’s the only guy who walked away from the battle.”
Billy used three distinct sources for footage in “No Man’s Land”: 1) archival footage from World War I, 2) a cameraman taping him up-close and facing front in a brightly-lit room, 3) modern day footage of a tall and powerful looking young man being the runner. “That is David Hussey,” explains Billy. “He’s in the prog band XNA which I produced/recorded. We shot the footage in the desert behind my house.”

Painkillers will mark the first solo album from Fallon, known far and wide as singer/guitarist of the one and only Gaslight Anthem, as well as such acclaimed outfits as The Horrible Crowes and Molly & The Zombies. The 10th Anniversary of Stagecoach Music Festival is set for Friday, April 29, Saturday, April 30 and Sunday, May 1, 2016 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, CA. The Doobie Brothers will appear on Sunday, May 1 with Luke Bryan and Little Big Town.
