BOBBY BRACKIN “MY JAM”
“It’s amaaaaaaazing,” said MTV, regarding the colorful, new video for rapper/songwriter Bobby Brackins’ “My Jam” featuring young starlet star Zendaya and R&B singer Jeremih. Buzzfeed, who premiered the video described the radio-ready single as “a great laid-back party anthem that sounds like how the best summer nights feel – airy, easy-going, and a little sexy,” while Stereogum added “‘My Jam’ follows in the long lineage of songs like ‘Happy’ that can be enjoyed with the same enthusiasm by anyone from 9 to 90.” Jezebel premiered the mp3 last week and Teen Vogue premiered an exclusive clip. Filmed under the red hot sun of Puerto Rico, the video shows the trio enjoying beautiful sights and each other’s company, springing us forward to hot summer nights with strong party vibes.
METRO STATION “SHE LIKES GIRLS”
Newly reunited Metro Station have announced a U.S. tour in support of their newest EP, GOLD. Fresh off a co-headlining tour with The Ready Set late last year, as well recently announcing an entire summer on the upcoming Vans Warped Tour, Metro Station are eager to get back out in front of fans.
The tour features support from SAYWECANFLY (who are also on this year’s Warped Tour) and 7 MINUTES IN HEAVEN. All the dates are below and tickets go on sale this Friday, March 13th at noon local time.

THE STICK FIGURES “DUSK”
The Stick Figures are Brazilian duo Rodrigo Freire (22) and Fabricio von Finck (20). Both Rodrigo and Fabricio play all the instruments you hear on the recordings and experiment with many instruments and many styles, but there is a solid Indie / Pop base underpinning everything, dark but tuneful, credible but accessible . “Our motto is pretty much we do what the song asks for and not what we imagine it being.”

TIGER HIGH NEW SINGLE
Tiger High hails from the epicenter of rock-n-roll, the place responsible for everything from Sun & Stax Records to Big Star, the city of Memphis, Tenn. Its first two records, released on cassette jointly by Burger Records and Trashy Creatures Records, were well received by college and underground radio. In 2015 both albums will be released by Burger Records, for the first time, on vinyl in a beautiful double-album gatefold package.
This year the band unveils a new, sonically ambitious vinyl LP, “Inside the Acid Coven.” It’s the band’s third full length and is out now on Volar Records/Trashy Creatures Records. The cassette edition is a co-release by Burger Records and Trashy Creatures Records.
LYLIT “UNKNOWN”
Austrian singer and mutli-instrumentalist Lylit debuted her first single “Unknown” on Kick Kick Snare. By showcasing Lylit’s gospel and jazz roots, the track showcases her talent as both a songwriter and artist. Filled with soul and genuine, hopeful lyrics, Lylit ties together an upbeat chorus with her soul and pop influences to create momentous hooks on this soon-to-be hit single. “Unknown” will also be featured in VH1’s Primetime Programming Menus for March. “HISTORY OF THE EAGLES” TOUR RETURNS TO THE U.S.
The Eagles have added late spring and summer 2015 concerts to the “History of the Eagles” tour beginning May 19 in Austin, Texas at the Frank Erwin Center with concerts scheduled through July 29 in Bossier City, LA at the CenturyLink Center. The tour, which kicked off July 6, 2013 following the release of the band’s acclaimed, top-selling documentary of the same name, features classic Eagles’ songs spanning their entire career, including some that have never been performed live. A full itinerary is included below.

Welcome to the wonderfully fun and twisted world of Cody Crump who will be releasing his EP entitled Death on May 5th. This move has been years in the making as guitarist Jake Nolan commented, “Chris and I grew up and learned how to play guitar together. We know each other inside and out as musicians and people. We were in a shitty punk band growing up and ended up parting ways for some reason. Him and Andy got BVB going and I got The Paramedic going. When we wrote Diary Of My Demons, I put in so much guitar work without even thinking about who was going to play the extra guitar parts. SALLY SELTMANN PREMIERES VIDEO FOR “WE ARE THE MUSIC”
“We Are The Music” was released in January on Three Of Hearts, Seltmann’s first new material since 2014’s acclaimed LP, Hey Daydreamer, and her first release since moving to Los Angeles in early 2014. The city lights of LA are featured prominently in the video, providing the perfect backdrop, to guest star, and real life photographer George Byrne. The video was shot in the famous Westin Bonaventure Hotel, in the Jewelry District of downtown Los Angeles, and at the Santa Monica Pier by director Erik Greensmith.

“THE PATIENT DAGGER” NEW SINGLE BY PERMA F
The Patient Dagger is the new single by Perma F released 2015-03-24. It is the eight single since the start of the band in 2013. The music is beating of heavy drums and synths but also have flavors of guitar. Although the music is Electro Rock, it has an Ethno sound. The theme is “underdogs”. On the single, one track is a twitterpop remix of the first Perma F single, Ember Mother by Blinky Blinky Computerband from Germany. A band that Perma F regularly cooperates with.

YOUTH LEAGUE NEW LABEL & SINGLE
Youth League, the post-pop trio from Wilmington, NC, has joined the roster at Cardigan Records. Brothers Mike and Zach Large, on guitar/vocals and drums respectively, formed the band in 2014 from the ashes of math aggressors Virgin Lung. They brought in bassist Jaffar Omar Obi Castillon-Martinez and created songs which defy the conventions on which they’re built, yet hit the ear with a natural familiarity.
Their debut EP First will be released on 4/21 via the label. The six track record clocks in at just 16 minutes and marries rough punk edges with pop sensibility.
