Modern Outsider is pleased to announce the latest release from LA-based Soft Swells, Lifeboats. Available July 30, 2013, the five song EP features the indie-pop surf-inspired musical stylings of front-man Tim Williams. To celebrate the release they are making the title track available for a sneak preview.
