Elektra recording group Kitten has announced an extensive series of tour plans, all leading up to the eagerly awaited arrival of their as-yet-untitled debut album, due to arrive later this year. Filter magazine unveiled a sneak preview of the band’s new material on their website with an early mix of an album track with the working title “Yesterday (What’s Love).” The track is currently streaming on YouTube (http://youtu.be/sU4oSrOWuN0) and can also be heard on the band’s official website (www.kittentheband.com).
The Los Angeles-based band will serve as special guests for a number of like-minded artists, including Canvasback Music/Atlantic’s own The Joy Formidable and Fueled By Ramen recording group Paramore (see attached itinerary). Additionally the band will be making a stop at the annual South By Southwest Music Festival in March; more details to be announced soon.
