The Elected and Vagrant Records are pleased to announce the release of the band’s newest album, Bury Me In My Rings, on May 17th. Produced and recorded by frontman Blake Sennett (Rilo Kiley guitarist/co-songwriter)with help from Jason Cupp and longtime Elected contributor Mike Bloom, Bury Me In My Rings is complete with twelve shimmering pop songs reminiscent of mid-century West Coast rock.
“I played most of the instruments myself, so it was easier to erase stuff without hurting anyone’s feelings,” Blake comments. “This time I just thought, better take it as far as I can alone…then bring in my friends to fill in the blanks.”
