Lucid Dream packs quite a powerful punch with the band’s latest release titled ‘A Peaceful Death’. Hailing from Sestri Levante, Italy, this remarkable environment and terrain certainly helped shape the new album. From the ocean and forests to the mountains and caves, these serene Italian destinations helped breath invigorating life into ‘A Peaceful Death’.
Lucid Dream combines elements of hard rock, progressive metal and classic sounds that makes for one unforgettable experience. Track six, “Broken Hopes”, really hits you with some emotional chords & notes and is just one, power-packed performance overall. Lucid Dream is bringin’ the heat on “Father” with super energized vocals and well-versed instrumentation. “Father” is in charge here as Lucid Dream delivers a rock-solid, dynamite set that will hook you in. Next, we are fully aware of “Shadows on My Shoulders” that will spark your senses and entice your ears. Track nine, “The Eleventh Illusion (Acoustic Reprise)”, will leave a lasting impression and have a heavy impact on audiences worldwide. ‘A Peaceful Death’ was just released on January 22 and I feel Lucid Dream will have a successful run with this new record.
