3Sirens Compilation Album “Every Possible Way” Champions Gun Violence Prevention

East Nashville’s own 3Sirens has recently unveiled their latest project, “Every Possible Way,” a poignant compilation album featuring reimaginings of ’90s classics. This release is not just a musical endeavor but a heartfelt campaign aimed at raising awareness and funding for gun violence prevention, in partnership with Everytown For Gun Safety Support Fund.

“Every Possible Way” is curated and produced by Dan Molad of Lucius and Coco fame and showcases a line-up of artists who are not only celebrated for their musical talents but are also vocal advocates for social issues. The album serves as an homage to the lives affected by gun violence, with each track echoing the call for safer gun laws and community resilience.

The collection begins with Joseph’s haunting rendition of Jimmy Eat World’s “Table for Glasses,” setting a reflective tone for the album. White Denim transforms Elastica’s “Connection” with their signature dynamic flair, followed by Coco’s comforting, doo-wop-inspired take on Weezer’s “Holiday,” which marks the 30th anniversary of Weezer’s Blue Album.

Valley Boy adds a melancholic depth to The Cranberries’ “Dreams,” while The Grahams’ version of “Waitin’ For A Superman” by the Flaming Lips adds a layer of optimism. Deep Sea Diver interprets Yo La Tengo’s “Stockholm Syndrome” with a unique blend of introspection and urgency, followed by Lucius’ atmospheric cover of Filter’s “Take A Picture.”

Liz Cooper closes the album powerfully with a breathy, indie folk-rock version of The Verve’s “Bittersweet Symphony.” Cooper’s transformative homage resonates deeply with the album’s mission, wrapping up the compilation with a strong message of change and hope.

“Every Possible Way” is born out of the tragedy of the Covenant School shooting in Nashville, and through it, 3Sirens channels the collective power of music into a force for advocacy and a legacy of change. This project also enjoys the support from the artists behind the original tracks, including significant figures like Yo La Tengo and Third Eye Blind, lending even more weight to its message.

Available on all major streaming platforms, the album not only invites listeners to experience the rich tapestry of reimagined ’90s hits but also encourages them to participate actively in the fight against gun violence through streaming and donations.

Through “Every Possible Way,” 3Sirens not only pays tribute to the victims and survivors of gun violence but also stands as a beacon of hope and solidarity. It exemplifies how art can intersect with activism, pulling at the heartstrings and sparking much-needed conversations and actions towards a safer future.
