“Clunk,” the follow-up to Frozen Treats’ blockbuster tune and music video “Cold Train” from 2021, was released on May 27, 2022. It is one of the tracks from his upcoming 12-track project, “My Station.” This four-minute musical offering depicts a simple yet compelling harmonic progression of a man who lives near a waste disposal facility. At a deeper level, the song’s lyrics reflect a personal experience of being stuck in terrible situations and how that affects one’s emotional well-being. The everyday hardships that most people encounter inspired this brilliant artist to come up with this unique piece of music. He has the impression that the entire world is filled with garbage since he observes junk floating everywhere, including on the internet.
Frozen Treats is a Louisville-based musician known for creating one-of-a-kind music. He had a deep-seated love for music his whole life, and at a very tender age, he started composing songs. He initially started with saxophone in band class before moving on to the guitar in high school. To a large extent, his musical career was influenced by an early Beatles chord songbook that he used to study chords and songwriting techniques. He was influenced by the likes of King Gizzard, Tame Impala, and The Strokes, to name a few. In 2015, he made a formal entry into the world of music when he started writing and recording his own songs professionally. Frozen Treats is committed to enthralling his listeners, and we can’t wait to see where he goes from here.
“Clunk” is now accessible for streaming on all major platforms, including Spotify. Visit Frozen Treats’ Facebook and Instagram pages to learn more about this talented artist!
