Billboard.com reports Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is looking to sue Beyonce Knowles, claiming her upcoming fragrance infringes on their existing trademark. The retailer claims a fragrance under the singer’s “Sasha Fierce” label “poses a likelihood of confusion” with Abercrombie’s Fierce brand. Reps from Beyonce’s camp have yet to respond to the lawsuit.
