With a soft yet raspy voice reminiscent of a mash-up between Sarah Mclachlan, Faith Hill, and Martina McBride, Tia McGraff sings a wonderful tribute to all those who have had to fight in wars to maintain our freedoms and peace. The composition of her song One Tin Soldier is a masterpiece on its own, marching on with its mello, ballad like tempo. The guitar, the percussion, and the harmonies are incredibly supportive to the tune and not distracting in one bit. Listen children to a story that was written long ago, McGraff cleverly sings, a pleasant way to surprisingly appeal to multiple audiences at one time.
