The Verve Pipe have just release Overboard, their first rock record in 13 years, and I wanted to shoot over the title track co-written by actor, musician, and playwright Jeff Daniels.

“Overboard” started out as a love song about a girl swimming in lovely Lake Superior, “although the puzzle as a songwriter,” asks singer/songwriter Brian Vander Ark: “Why do we care?” — After weeks of trying to figure that out, he realized that we would only care if she were dead.
