Viv and the Revival, who has recently announced the release of a new full-length album, The Introduction, has just premiered a brand new video, for the first single, “Criminals,” on Zimbio.com, today. When asked about the story behind track, Viv explains, “I wrote this song while watching the movie True Romance, written by Quentin Tarantino, which is one of my favorites, I’ve always loved the dark twisted side of a love story and how beautiful, passionate, and violent it can be all at the same time. In the song, the two main characters are getting chased and shot down by the cops, but can care less because they are dying together. This music video is a story about love, money, heartbreak, and crime.”
