WIRE: ELECTRONIC MUSIC GOES TO WALL STREET

Three days ago Forbes Magazine reported that the International Music Summit valued The Electronic Music Industry at $4.5 billion dollars.

Robert Sillerman acquired the nation ¹s most influential rock concert promoters and sold them to Clear Channel for $4.4 billion in the 90 ¹s.   Clear Channel then spawned Live Nation, the world ¹s largest music promotion company.

Sillerman recently announced he plans to compete with his own monster music promoter he created, Live Nation, by spending $1 billion dollars acquiring the most influential electronic music promoters (TomorrowLand, ElectricZooNY, Disco Donnie Presents, etc) under his company SFX.
