Word Music Publishing announces today the signing of an exclusive world-wide publishing agreement with Ian Eskelin, one of the industry’s top songwriters and producers. For over a decade, Eskelin has written hits for some of Christian music’s most celebrated artists including Francesca Battistelli, Sidewalk Prophets, Krystal Meyers, Hawk Nelson, Avalon, Stellar Kart and recently wrote the Veggie Tales silly song “Pants” for “Sweet Pea Beauty.” Eskelin joins the publishing team having penned more than a dozen No. 1 hits and having songs featured in film and TV placements like the movie “Saved,” “The Biggest Loser,” the “Jon & Kate Plus 8”series finale as well as in promo spots for the films “Julie & Julia,” and “Superbad,” and NBC’s 2010 Winter Olympic coverage.
