Lady Gaga is apparently one heck of a tipper.   According to British paper The Sun, the “Bad Romance” singer went out to an English pub in Birmingham on days off in between shows on her Monsters Ball tour, and supposedly picked up the tab for the whole bar, signed autographs for the staff, and left a tip of a “few hundred pounds” — so probably close to three or four-hundred dollars.
