Liz Rosenberg, the PR icon who has worked with some of the biggest names in the music business at Warner Bros. Records for the past 39 years, is leaving the company at the end of the month, it was announced today by Warner Bros. Records CEO Tom Whalley. Rosenberg is forming her own agency, Liz Rosenberg Media, with plans to represent several of the label’s artists as part of an ongoing consultancy with the company. She will continue to represent Madonna (currently a Live Nation artist) – a fact that underscores the long-standing relationship the two have had since the dawn of the Material Girl’s career. Since coming onboard at Warner Bros. in 1971, Rosenberg has repped some of the most enduring and innovative artists of our time including Michael Bublé, Cher, Stevie Nicks, and David Foster, as well as newcomers Charice and Katherine Jenkins – all of whom will remain with her at Liz Rosenberg Media.
