With over eight years of experience in the music business, Gentles has established himself as one of the most respected, up & coming names in the music industry.
Mr. Gentles began his impressive career in the music industry working with Moxy Entertainment (Drake, Jay Sean, Rhianna), where he worked in Artist Development/A&R. In 2007, during his stint at Moxy, Gentles started Ontime Music, a management firm and label that’s now under the Universal Music International umbrella.
