Glassnote Records is proud to introduce Greensboro, North Carolina’s JONAS SEES IN COLOR to the world with the release of the band’s self-titled debut, out September 29th. Jonas Sees In Color joins the independent label’s growing roster, which also boasts Secondhand Serenade, Justin Nozuka, Phoenix and The Temper Trap.
The six-piece rock band recorded the upcoming album with multi-platinum producer Aaron Johnson (The Fray, Meese) at The Fray’s personal studio in Denver, CO. “Working with Aaron Johnson was incredible; he helped us expand our sound and really pushed us to develop every moment of every song to it’s full potential,” admits Jonas Sees In Color vocalist Ryan Downing. “He encouraged us to think as a band instead of operating as a group of individual musicians. While we were in the studio we could feel our music growing and expanding, and Aaron worked with us to mold it into exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier about the way this album sounds and feels.”
