MTV News reports that Snoop Dogg is being sued by a fan who claims the rapper allegedly injured him with a “brass-knuckle microphone.” During a 2005 Seattle concert, Richard Monroe Jr. jumped on stage while Snoop was performing, which caused bodyguards to rush Monroe — to prevent any harm the fan might cause against the D-O-double-G. On Monday, the Long Beach rapper testified in a civil trial and he denied ever hitting Monroe.   Snoop told the courtroom, “The best way for the injuries not to have occurred was for him to stay in his seat and enjoy the show like the rest of the fans.”   Monroe testified Friday saying that he thought he had been invited onstage.   Monroe is reportedly seeking 22-million dollars in damages.
