In the wake of their fiasco with Bruce Springsteen tickets, Ticketmaster has had to pay up. In a national settlement with the New Jersey Attorney General, the company promised to change their business practices and pay 350-thousand dollars to cover fees associated with an investigation into them. The whole to-do started after Ticketmaster redirected Springsteen ticket buyers to a secondary site they own where seats are sold higher than face value. In response, The Boss lambasted the site. Ticketmaster apologized, refunded some customers and has since promised never to link to TicketsNow again without consent from the Attorney General.
