tft-high-res.gifRock has always been the voice of the youth and there’s no better place to hear what the youth have to say than on Hopeless Records’ newest signings, THERE FOR TOMORROW (TFT).

With a median age of 19 and more energetic creativity than most current bands, TFT captures an exuberance and freshness that’s been absent in most music today. Produced by James Paul Wisner (Paramore, Dashboard Confessional, Underoath), their self-titled EP will be released on August 5, 2008. The band hit the road with All Time Low, Hit the Lights, Valencia and Cartel this July.

With songs that embrace big, epic choruses and chunky guitars, like the melodic singalong “Remember When”, the biting “Addiction And Her Name”, and swirling guitars of “No More Room to Breathe”, this EP portrays a band at the brink of something huge. “Our sound has been evolving since day one,” says vocalist/guitarist/programming wiz Maika Maile who co-founded TFT in 2003. “but with these new songs, I feel like we’ve grown as people as well as musicians. Lyrically and musically, these songs are straight-up, honest, and filled with everything we had to give.”
