Following the release of his debut album UK songwriter and producer Brolin returns with a hushed and intimate new cover of Cyndi Lauper’s 80’s pop anthem “Time After Time”.

With its sonic spaces, gossamer house beats and silky vocals, Brolin’s debut album “The Delta” showed his ability to sound emotional depths dance music sometimes doesn’t reach. New single “Time After Time” sees Brolin channelling the more down-tempo side of his sound with a hushed and heartfelt cover. His brittle falsetto crackles with soul as delicately arranged synths and strings soar. About the single he claimed “When relationships come to an end, it can be difficult to remember what made you fall for that person in the first place. After speaking to Phoebe (who directed the video for my tune Swim Deep), we thought it would be nice to explore the journey of a relationship from end to start, to highlight the positives of experience, interaction and encounters, against the backdrop of heartbreak.” The B side features album track “Koln”, a shimmery, and soulful gem.
