PETER CASE HEADS BACK TO THE HIGHWAY
PETER CASE has just released another collection of masterful songwriting titled HWY 62, taking the name from the highway that connects Mexico with Niagara Falls, the highway that ran just a block from where he grew up as a boy.
“HWY 62 reflects the varied landscape and cultural diversity that it dissects along the way,” notes Elmore Magazine. “Case’s rough and tumble style makes him an apt interpreter of the tales that occur along the way, whether it’s the gruff description that accompanies ‘New Mexico,’ the twitchy take on the otherwise ominous ‘All Dressed Up (For Trial)’ and ‘Evicted,’ or the more ruminative focus of ‘Pelican Bay.’”

JULIET SIMMS COVERS “HALLELUJAH”

Recording her own soaring and emotionally-gripping cover of the song, Simms is preparing for its timely release on Friday, December 18, 2015, available at her merch store here http://julietsimms.merchnow.com and soon after on iTunes, Amazon and other online retailers.

WORLD BE FREE PREMIERE SONG
With a love and appreciation for classic hardcore music and the intent to create something new and refreshing, WORLD BE FREE was formed.
During the fall of 2014 Scott Vogel (Terror, Buried Alive), Joe Garlipp (Envy), Andrew Kline (Strife), and Sammy Siegler (Judge/CIV/Rival Schools) joined together to start WORLD BE FREE. The band set out with the goal of making music that was more melodic and positive than what some were used to playing. Music that wasn’t just about being the toughest or the angriest and where it was OK for guys and girls to sing along and smile. They worked on crafting a sound that leaned heavily on the inspiration of the classic hardcore and punk albums they all grew up on, while adding a modern twist that kept it new and fresh. The four got together to jam a few times a month and throughout the rest of the year they continued to meet up and write.

ANNA ROSE RELEASES NEW SINGLE “START A WAR”
At first glance, one wouldn’t guess that Anna Rose, the adorably petite blonde with the sugary name, is a fearless, unabashed, mind-blowingly talented Rock and Roll powerhouse. But, Rose, in fact, is walking, singing proof that big things most definitely come in small packages. It’s no wonder that Pancakes and Whiskey declares her a “complete badass.”
From a family of shipwrecked Irish famine-fleers and Lebanese refugees, Craven Empires’ multi-instrumentalist Carrie Haber has laid out a collection that delves into the generational ripple effects of escaping conflict.
