JILL ANDREWS NEW SINGLE

With her bell-clear voice, Andrews sings of love, loss, hope, and empowerment across The War Inside. These 12 tracks represent the best of the nearly 100 songs she wrote between 2012 and 2014, and display an artist settling comfortably into her own skin. The War Inside contains an alluring mix of soaring, spirited (“Get Up Get On,” “My Love Is For”) or easy, melancholic pop (“I’m Not OK,” “Rust Or Gold”), moody, ethereal pop/rock (“Cannibal,” “Stepping Out”), and more spare, seemingly effortless folk (the Seth Avett-duet “I’m So In Love With You,” “Back Home”).
