THE WIND AND THE WAVE RELEASES MUSIC VIDEO FOR “IT’S A LONGER ROAD TO CALIFORNIA THAN I THOUGHT”

The Wind and The Wave consists of Patricia Lynn and Dwight Baker from Austin, TX. Their debut album, From The Wreckage, was released last year and tracks from their album could be heard on CW’s Hart of Dixie (musical guest), ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy, VH1’s Couples Therapy and CW’s Vampire Diaries. Additionally they re-recorded Simple Mind’s “Don’t You Forget About Me” and Cyndi Lauper’s “Time after Time” specifically for ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy. Earlier this year, the group released Covers One EP, which features specially arranged covers of Sia’s “Chandelier,” R. Kelly’s “Ignition,” Metric’s “Gold Guns Girls,” Stevie Nicks’ “Edge of Seventeen,” Regina Spektor’s “You’ve Got Time” as well as the two tracks recorded for ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy.
