GAGA WANTS FAME IN 100 YEARS

Lady Gaga is arguably the most famous pop star on the planet.   But apparently, that’s not what she cares about.     In an interview with British paper the Daily Mirror, Gaga said that she’s “not really concerned” about being “relevant” in 2011, but is more focused on leaving a “big legacy” behind in 100 years.

WHAT KATY PERRY DEMANDS ON TOUR

SELENA GOMEZ TO DROP NEW ALBUM NEXT MONTH

Next month, Selena Gomez & The Scene will release their third album, When The Sun Goes Down.   The video for “Who Says” has over 30-million views on YouTube and VEVO.   The album features songs co-written by Katy Perry, Britney Spears and more.   Selena Gomez & The Scene’s When The Sun Goes Down album will arrive on June 28th.

JUSTIN BIEBER TOPS DVD SALES CHART

Justin Bieber’s documentary, Never Say Never, debuts at number one on the DVD sales chart this week.   The Blu-Ray version of the film bows at number three behind Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part I and the Ashton Kutcher/Natalie Portman comedy No Strings Attached.  

JUSTIN BIEBER JOINS ERNIE HALTER ON STAGE

Justin Bieber recently covered Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Ernie Halter’s “Come Home To Me” at a concert in Hong Kong.   After the show, Bieber took to Twitter to shout out to Halter and in response, Ernie’s Twitter account grew by 30-thousand followers.   As a thank you, Halter covered Bieber’s hit single, “Baby,” at a recent concert.   Last week, Bieber, accompanied by Selena Gomez, flew 11 hours to surprise Halter at his show at La Cave in Costa Mesa, California.   Bieber then joined Halter on stage to perform “Come Home To Me”

PITBULL’S PLANET PIT TRACKLISTING

SHAKIRA CHANGES WORDS TO SONG FOR BOYFRIEND

Shakira is dating soccer player Gerard Pique, and apparently she’s so smitten with him, she’s even changing the words to her songs in his honor.   PerezHilton.com has video of the Colombian performing her hit “Hips Don’t Lie” at a recent show, and instead of the lyric, “Oh baby when you talk like that,” she says, “Oh Pique when you talk like that.”   Check it out on the gossip site now.

CHRIS BROWN LEAKS NEW VIDEO!

In case you missed it, Chris Brown released the video for his new single, “Should’ve Kissed You.” The cut is off his latest album, F.A.M.E., which has already reached certified gold status. Fans can expect Brown to soon issue the visual for “Next 2 You” featuring Justin Bieber.

Diddy has a thing for changing his stage name. The mogul uploaded a video to announce that he’s changed his moniker to “Swag” and even switched his Twitter name from @iamdiddy to @iamswag. Fortunately, this is only temporary as Puff plans to change it back by the end of the week.

XXL MAG NAMES TOP GREATEST 90’S RAP SONGS

MTV.com reports XXL Magazine has a lot of people commenting on the Top 250 Greatest Hip-Hop Songs of the ‘90s list. So who came in at number one? Dr. Dre’s “Nothin’ But a ‘G’ Thang” featuring Snoop Dogg took the top spot while Diddy’s “It’s All About the Benjamin’s” claimed second. Other songs that made the cut includes 2Pac’s “California Love,” The Lox’s “Money, Power & Respect” and MC Hammer’s “U Can’t Touch This.”
