MUSICIANS MAKE LUNCH BOXES FOR CHARITY
December 6, 2008 | by Skope Staff
The annual Lunchbox Auction will return this year with more awesome, custom-designed containers from celebrities that fans can buy and, in doing so, help out some charities. This year, Michael Stipe from R.E.M. made a lunchbox as well as the Beastie Boys, Patti Smith, Yoko Ono, the Ting Tings, the cast of Gossip Girl and many others. The pieces will go up for auction on CMarket.com starting on Thursday and proceeds go to two hunger relief charities, the Food Bank of New York City and the Lunchbox Fund of South Africa.
