FALSE ICONS READY TO RELEASE DEBUT ON 11/11/08

False Icons, whose debut CD, “God Complex”, will be released on Al Jourgensen’s 13th Planet Records on November 11th.  The CD was mixed and produced by Jourgensen and combines elegantly layered keyboards, heavy guitars, deep bass, and sophisticated atmospheric touches and weaves together electronica and industrial rock. 

False Icons was formed by Industrial rock veteran John Bechdel, who went from playing organ in the family funeral home as a young man to recording and touring the world for over twenty years as a keyboardist and programmer with an impressive array of seminal artists including Ministry, Fear Factory, Prong, Killing Joke, Murder Inc. and Ascension of the Watchers.
