QUOTED: “SHAKE IT” TO THE METRO STATION

Trace Cyrus and Mason Musso are part of the band Metro Station. Their current single is called “Shake It” and the guys talked to us about whether or not they expected that hit to become, well… such a hit.

“(Trace) There was nothing about this song that we were like, this is like a smash, like this is like going to blow up, it’s going to be huge. (Mason) I thought the idea was going to be big. I thought the idea of just like “Shake It” would be cool, but yeah, not to this extent, no way.”

Metro Station are heading to Ottawa, Ontario tonight where they’ll play with Simple Plan and Faber Drive.
