Presto hit the sweet spot on this one. This is some real hip-hop music. “Conquer Mentally” features a jazzy vibe with a down tempo piano melody, agile table scratching and multi track sampling. Add in some complex lyrical flows and you got a winning combination.

Dondria is also the latest signing to legendary producer Jermaine Dupri’s So So Def/Island Urban roster, which will issue her debut single, “Can’t Stop,” on June 17th, followed by her debut album on July 29th.

Kanye West recorded three videos for his single “Flashing Lights.” The first two videos were released on the net without his consent. The MC said that he hopes that the people who exposed his videos got their 15 seconds of fame and that he isn’t planning on giving them anything more. Kanye says he has the most responsibility when it comes to his music connecting with people.
“As far as music goes, one point that I always say when I am playing my music is that there is no artist in the world, no, not one artist in the world that has as much responsibility as me. Meaning that when I deliver a piece of music, whatever it is, the first single of an album, it has to connect with the most genre of music.”
Kanye brings his Glow In The Dark tour to San Jose, California tonight.
