It’s easy for an artist to get caught up in the rock and roll lifestyle.  Between trashing hotel rooms, groupies and an unlimited supply of drugs and alcohol, who can find the time to relax and take care of their body? Well, Sara Bareilles has managed not only to avoid falling into the trap of rock star debauchery, but she has even managed to almost completely eliminate one of her vices since she started touring.

“I stopped drinking as much when we started touring more just because it was harder to recover and I just didn’t feel as good all the time, so it’s almost like I’ve gotten healthier now that we’re working harder.”

Sara Bareilles probably won’t be visiting any beer gardens when she plays Munich, Germany on today.
